When you become AIRS Certified, you earn a powerful career tool and investment in your worth to recruiting organizations.
 
Since 1998, thousands of recruiters from hundreds of corporations have earned AIRS certifications for the two key skills necessary for success-Internet sourcing and diverse recruiting.  All AIRS certified recruiters have completed a minimum of 8 hours of classroom, in addition to passing a rigorous Web-based exam.
You can easily validate a recruiter certification number by clicking here.
Current Certifications
All AIRS certifications are valid for 2 years from the date the exam was first passed. To retain the AIRS designations after this initial period, recruiters must again pass the certification exam.
