Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE)
Now more than ever, it is important to set yourself apart from your competition and to establish yourself as an expert in the recruiting field with cutting-edge skills. The Elite Certified Recruitment Expert is the only certification in the industry that evaluates your expertise in all of these areas of recruiting; general recruiting, social networking, diversity, basic and advanced internet recruiting.
  • Prior Certifications Required: You must have successfully passed 4 of the 7 AIRS Certification exams.
  • Cost: $395
  • Exam Description: 50 multiple choice and 3 bluebook questions
    All encompassing exam will challenge your knowledge of internet sourcing, diversity, social sourcing and general recruiting.
  • Length of Certification: Valid for 2 years

Keeping Your AIRS Certifications Current

All AIRS certifications are valid for 2 years from the date you pass your exam. To retain the AIRS designations after this period, you must pass a re-certification exam that reflects the latest tactics and strategies reflected in AIRS training.

AIRS alumni are under no obligation to re-take a training course to re-certify for an AIRS certification.  Upon request, AIRS alumni are provided with a single attempt to take the CIR, PRC, CDR, CSSR, CSMR, CMVR and ACIR re-certification exams at no cost.  AIRS will provide alumni a key concepts document that outlines the subjects covered in the exam as part of the re-certification process.  

AIRS alumni may attend SearchLab, Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, Professional Recruiter Certification or AdvancedLab workshops at a reduced rate to refresh your skills. Alumni are provided three opportunities to pass the certification exam(s).  Please note there is a four-week waiting period before access is provided for the opportunity to re-take the exam a third time should the exam be failed twice.
