All AIRS certifications are valid for 2 years from the date you pass your exam. To retain the AIRS designations after this period, you must pass a re-certification exam that reflects the latest tactics and strategies reflected in AIRS training.
AIRS alumni are under no obligation to re-take a training course to re-certify for an AIRS certification. Upon request, AIRS alumni are provided with a single attempt to take the CIR, PRC, CDR, CSSR, CSMR, CMVR and ACIR re-certification exams at no cost. AIRS will provide alumni a key concepts document that outlines the subjects covered in the exam as part of the re-certification process.
AIRS alumni may attend SearchLab, Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, Professional Recruiter Certification or AdvancedLab workshops at a reduced rate to refresh your skills. Alumni are provided three opportunities to pass the certification exam(s). Please note there is a four-week waiting period before access is provided for the opportunity to re-take the exam a third time should the exam be failed twice. |
